Phuc (Frank) Dang was born in South Vietnam, where he lived until he was 18 years old. After immigrating to the United States, Phuc entered Tulane University on full scholarship, graduated Summa cum Laude in Mathematics in 1998 and was offered another full-scholarship at Tulane University to pursue a PhD in Mathematics, but instead, entered Southwestern Theological Seminary where he received his MDiv. with Biblical Languages in 2003 and was awarded the W. Oscar Thompson, Jr. Memorial Award in Evangelism.
During his seminary studies, Phuc interned part-time at Northwood . It was during this time when Phuc’s developed a passion for all Unreached People Groups (UPG) of the world. Phuc has traveled and ministered in Australia, Korea, Vietnam, Malaysia, Afghanistan, and Egypt. Frank serves in our glocal impact office deepening our relationships in Vietnam and the multi-ethnic communities in Northeast Tarrant County.
Frank and his wife Thao have two daughters and son.
