Matt Welborn joined the staff of NorthWood in 1998. Matt grew up in the Metroplex area and is responsible for helping newcomers connect at NorthWood. Matt graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in family studies. He enjoys making people feel welcome, playing just about every sport, and spending time with his wife Amber, daughter and son.
